Hello, I am trying to build a raspberry pi plane that operates an esc and 2 servos connecting to a pca9685 for more accurate pwm. My main issue is connecting the 5v power supply to the pca9685. I ideally would like to power the pi and pca through a lipo, but I am not sure if it can cause a malfunction from to much power. What is the best way to go about it?
You just need a 5V power supply for the raspberry and the pca (if the version that you are using is 5V), to convert the lipo voltage to the desired value, use a BEC (Battery Elimination Circuit) like this one:

Awesome, Thanks
