Penetrator epoxy

Would JB marine weld be ok for cable penetrators, struggling to find any of the recommended epoxy in the UK.

That’s what I’ve been using successfully, without issues. I can’t seem to get the BR epoxy here in Canada either. I prep the cable jacket, and clean the inside of the penetrator with alcohol wipes first.
