A T500 may be a better choice for an AUV if the nozzle is removed - the standard design is optimized for ROV use (static or low speed thrust.)
Blue Robotics has no collected performance data for the non-bollard thrust cases.
You can find some detail on the props on this thread, but the 3D cad model does not reflect the true geometry of the propeller, which is considered proprietary. Sorry for the news!
Maybe this prop is worth a try?
