MarineSitu C3 Stereo Camera Not Powering On – Request for Troubleshooting Guidance

Hello,

We received the MarineSitu C3 Stereo Camera and connected it to the Ethernet Switch Board in accordance with the user manual.

However, the camera does not appear to operate, and none of the LED activity indicator lights turn on after the connection is made.

Are there any additional items we should check besides the instructions provided in the manual, such as the power supply, connector orientation, cable connections, Ethernet Switch Board settings, or software and network configuration?

Please advise us of any troubleshooting steps we should perform to determine whether the camera is receiving power and functioning normally.

Hi @nowtwind13 -

Besides the ethernet connection to the C3 camera, did you connect the power leads, red to red and black to black? What voltage are you providing?

It has been connected to the main block.

Hi @nowtwind13 -

The whenever cable coming from the device looks a bit strange, have you modified it?

Do you have a bench top per supply available so you can measure the power the c3 camera consumes directly?
