We are getting an overtemperature alarm even when the housing for the electronics enclosure is removed. Where is the internal temperature senor located?

Assuming this is an error that’s coming up in QGC, the Pixhawk barometer (which includes a temperature sensor) is underneath the 3 pin “ADC 6.6V” header (on the flip side of the PCB), indicated here on the view from the bottom of the Pixhawk:
When mounted it would be just over the red power LED on the Raspberry Pi.
