hello, is it possible to open the sonar and change the cable of it? or is it potted inside?

It is potted internally, so not possible to modify unfortunately. Our Wetlink cable splice could be used to extend or repair the cable, or if it is damaged too close to the unit Sonoptix may be able to assist.
