I wonder wether the 5.5mm orange seal is made from fluoro rubber?

My friend bought some seals from the store, he said that they are made from fluorine rubber, however, 5.5mm seal looks different from 6.5mm seal,

the material is like silica gel, and seems to be more elastic, I am confused about wether the same material.Thank you for helping me with my project.Hoping I could learn a lot.

I asked our lead design engineer for the WetLink Penetrators and was told

All seals are sourced from the same supplier and are the same material. It’s possible however to have some aesthetic and hardness deviation with the material.
