@SDI, awesome! I’ve seen a few pressure washers on BlueROV2s and it seems to work great! How long is the pressure line to the surface and what pressure is the pump driving at?
For this test, we just used a 10m hose, with a pressure unit giving 10litrs/min @ 160Bar. The next test will be with 60m hose, 12litr/min @ 200bar

how did you counter the thrust?

The lance has two nozzles, one pointing aft as well. But in the video you see we have blinded off the rear nozzle. We are working on 30% gain on 24volt on the thrusters, no problem to push against the water thrust.
