I recently used the bar02 sensor for testing purposes and afterwards I had put it back in an air tight container, instead of air-drying it.
It has been in the container for a full day as I just realized that I had forgotten to dry the bar02 sensor.
How much will the readings drift, if it does at all?

I believe the potential drift mentioned in the datasheet is a temporary effect that occurs when the sensor has not been dried for an extended period. If you’ve allowed the sensor to dry off since it was wet then the readings should be as normal.
