Fix for Low-Light USB Camera Failure!

Hi Everyone!

We’ve made a breakthrough in identifying the cause of the frequent Low-light HD USB camera failures! We are quite certain of the root cause and are working on further assessments to ensure the results are 100% accurate. We’ll keep you updated on this thread as we have more information. In the meantime, please take a moment to review the attached Technical Bulletin.

You can find previous technical bulletins, one of which is resolved by TB12, at the bottom of our Technical Reference.

If your camera is functioning normally, no action is needed, as performing the procedure may damage functional cameras. If a camera fails, the mount should be modified before installing the replacement. We will include reworked mounts with all camera replacements sent out, or you’re welcome to trim your own or print a replacement.
