Hey i would like to know what are the additional features of Fathom X over Fathom S. What extra capabilities does Fathom X gives me over Fathom S

The Fathom-X is for Ethernet and used in digital vehicle systems.

The Fathom-S is for serial communications and analog video.

They are two different systems for different communications protocols.
