Facing some issue in Sonoptix Echo Multibeam Imaging Sonar

Hi everyone,
We recently bought a Sonoptix Echo Multibeam Imaging Sonar and been facing some issues lately. After interfacing the sonar with our ROV using blue trail connectors and conducting a few trials, it initially worked fine. However, after some use, we noticed that one half of the sensor output is now appearing as a black shade. Specifically, the output from the sonar is unclear on one half of the display.
I have attached videos of the issue for your reference. If anyone has encountered a similar problem or have any suggestions, most welcome to help us out here.
