Does DVL A50 save the displayed altitude to .tlog?

Hey all,

I am borrowing a DVL A50 and GPS for my BlueRobotics system and was wondering if, pretty simply, the altitude displayed by the DVL in its extension saved in the BlueROV’s .tlog? I have not seen this discussed anywhere else, or at least I am not versed enough to know this, so I was hoping to have some luck on these forums.

Hi @awilliams -
Yes, both the attitude and depth are saved in both .BIN and .tlog files. You can find it and visualize it alongside the other telemetry of your dive using this tool.

If anyone else may have gotten lost like me you’ll want to find DISTANCE_SENSOR.current_distance in the .tlog viewer to see DVL A50’s altitude recording.
