You’ve setup the wrong stream! This is an easy mistake to make. BlueOS and Cockpit only support h264, not MJPG. The streams should also not be turned on in the DWE OS extension - you’re saying they don’t appear at all? The extension is solely useful to adjust bitrate in this context, and is not required if operating the cameras at their default settings.
Synchronizing the cameras perfectly is not going to be possible - this is an inherent limit of USB cameras as far as I understand. If you need synced outputs, units that host two cameras on the same board are typically used, as they output a large image that contains both sensors outputs (so 2x 1080p becomes 3840 x 1080). With that said, if you start recording both streams, and sync after the fact in video editing software, this may produce usable results.
Are you trying to synchronize to leverage stereo-cameras to determine distance of objects from the cameras?
