Hi @oceanhoser -
The best thing to check is the resistance of the tether pair you are using. If you have other, unused tether pairs available, you could try switching to one of these (on both top and bottom side.) Your tether may have been damaged if the resistance in the conductors is higher than expected, which can cause communications issues (even if the link light remains on.)
Please install the tether diagnostic extension in BlueOS, and share screenshots of your results using it!
