I see this was an older thread, but I’m curious what you ended up doing with the camera and whether you ever got it working? We were having some funky camera issues using an almost identical setup to yours, but with the Blue Robotics low light camera and using BlueOS system. You can see things we tried here, but they may not relate to your issue.
