First, what kind of camera are you using ?
Did you check your camera cable and connection with the raspberry ?

Only h264 is supported right now, if the camera does not appears in companion, so it does not provide h264 video.

You’ll need to change the gstreamer pipeline in http://192.168.2.2:2770/camera, try to search for rtph265. With that done, it’ll be necessary to test the unstable daily builds of QGC, since h265 is not supported officially. Some modifications in QGC source code may be necessary.
