Over the weekend in South Carolina, the Greenville County Emergency Response Team recovered a 69 year old male who had gone missing during a fishing tournament. Using only their BlueLink STARS (modified BlueROV2 Heavy), the Greenville Team was able to locate the victim using the onboard Gemini 720ik sonar and retrieve the victim by grasping onto the victim with the ROV gripper, then pulling the victim to the surface using the ROV tether.
