A real dummy guide anywhere

HI, i have been on and off this site for 2years humming and arring to build my own boat using the thrusters.
I get so scared by all the tech talk. I s the a simple simple tutorial anywhere i have missed?

Any tutorial on to make a boat you need thruster, controller, autopilot.

Connect wire to here and there etc?

Anything at all for total novice?
