I’m measuring 4.5V at the output of this unit under load which is triggering a low voltage alarm on the raspberry pi it is powering. Does that suggest an internal issue in the unit?

That does indeed sound like your 5V power supply is having issues. Have you modified it, such as extending the wires that go the the Raspberry Pi?
Reaching out via the help center with your order number, report a problem with a product, would be advisable.

Thanks for responding. It’s an older component so I doubt if it’s still covered under warranty.
