3D printing weedless propeller M200

Hi.

On the Weedless propeller page there is a .zip file with STL files. I tried printing a propeller, but the fins are extremely thin and flexible. Are they ment only as a model and not for real life use?

Have anyone made a printable propeller for M200?

Hi @blue1, welcome to the forum

Our M200 propeller model is proprietary, so the publicly provided one is just indicative for people trying to design around it (rather than replicate it).

If you have a specific reason to print one instead of using the injection molded one that we sell then you could try asking for the model via our product application questions form. Note that injection molding and 3D printing do not have identical material or surface characteristics, so printing from the source model may not match the strength or performance of the original product.

Not that I’m aware of. @tony-white has shared an M500 propeller design in our Printables collections, which you could potentially try scaling down to work for an M200? I’m unsure how much modification would be required for that to interface properly and work well.
