We are in the midst of designing a higher depth rated exploreHD camera and wanted to use WetLink as the penetrator for those. We know the rating is 950 meters but we were wondering if that was tested to failure or if the testing setup maxed out at 950 meters.

950m is our rated depth for the WetLink penetrators, not the maximum tested depth. Different variants were tested to different depths (it’s not practical to extensively test the huge variety of possible bulkhead, seal, plug, and cable combinations), but we did do testing of the penetrators beyond 950m (both to success and failure, including tests of combined depth + temperature).
