On the T200 with the preinstalled ESC are the signal wires and the power wires in the same cable or separate? What are the size of the cable or cables? I will probably be using pass through for the housing. Thanks

The power cable and signal cable are separate wires. This is because the power wires needs to be thick to carry a lot of power while the signal cable can be much thinner. Additionally, the I2C signals are very sensitive to interference, especially at long distances, so it’s best to keep the cables relatively isolated.
The power cable is 0.25" diameter with two 16 AWG conductors. The signal cable is 0.15" diameter with four 22 AWG conductors.
