To my knowledge winding topology and termination does not affect the commutation scheme for a 3 phase BLDC motor. The T200 is wye terminated. There is no encoder or position control, the motor is a standard brushless sensorless design.
Any standard brushless sensorless ESC that is rated for at least 30 A constant will work fine.
