Have anyone tried out or know about a low rpm, high torque gear motor for subsea use? 30-100rpm that can be run with a ESC and pwm signal?

Blue Trail Engineering makes this motor. I don’t think it’s geared, but it has a very low Kv value, for spinning a big prop on an AUV. It’s not cheap, but depending upon what you’re doing, it might be a solution for you.
