Make your deck cable a different color like orange. Its difficult to tell what’s the deck cable and what’s the main tether when operating in extremely confined spaces.

Thanks for the suggestion - that does seem useful 
I suspect that would be quite straightforward to manage if we started selling another tether cable colour more generally, but otherwise may be a challenge to source and verify another cable if it’s only used on deck.
I’ve submitted your idea through our product suggestion form so it can be tracked internally[1], and raised it in an internal channel about tether upgrades in case it’s something that can be included as part of our ongoing tether improvement efforts.
