Canoe project with 2 T200 and 25.6V 50Ah Lithium LiFePO4 Battery

Can anyone help me for this setup is OK for the battery for 25.6V?
(2) x T200
(1) x Thruster Commander $60
(2) x Basic ESC $38 x 2
(1) x Switch $25
(1) x 25.6V 50Ah Lithium LiFePO4 Battery

As noted on the product page for the T200:

Note that nominal operation at 12-16 V is recommended for the best balance of thrust and efficiency, though operation at up to 20 V is allowable. Exceeding 20 V is not within the rating and not recommended, please see here for more information.

If you use the T200 at this voltage but limit the maximum throttle to ~ 1750 / 1250, the stators in the motor will not overheat and crack leading to corrosion damage.
Also, note that the current rating for the switch is small - it is perfect to use as the safety-cutoff switch with the Thruster commander, but it can’t handle the power going to the thrusters through it.

Full Throttle Current (Power) @ 12 V 16.9 Amps (202 Watts) 2x thrusters 38.8amps
12volt 50AH Lithium Polymer
OR
24volt system: 2x t500 ESC 500
Full Throttle Current (Power) @ 24 V 43.5 Amps (1044 Watts) 2x thrusters 87amps
25.6V 50Ah Lithium LiFePO4 Battery

The T500s will be more efficient with the larger ESC and higher voltage battery, and also deliver significantly more thrust. However, as noted on the T500 product page:>

When choosing a speed controller, we recommend the Basic ESC 500, which is designed for the high-power requirements of the T500 running at 24V. However, if you’re operating at 18V or less, you may also use the original Basic ESC without any reduction in performance.

What I use for my canoe - NorthStar ADK Sole 12Ft Canoe, I do not need very high speed. I also got the PAC Motor. Not very fast and run time around 3 to 4 hours with my 2 FPV-Power 12V 50AH Lithium Ion Polymer Battery. I also try the Bixpy K-1 Motor with 25.2V Lithium-ion battery. Not very fast too. With Bixpy K-1 Motor, with 33lb of thrust. Both above system is Remote control with I do not like. I am wait the enough cash to got the :
24volt system: 2 x T500 with 2 x ESC 500
Thruster Commander
If I only use the max75% for my speed, I think I am OK?
