BarXT sensor needs Vin above 3.65 V

I’m using a BarXT sensor (the 100 bar version) and find it does not work with a Vin of 3.3 V.

The regulator needs a voltage above its output voltage to work,

Not sure where you got that graph from, but the actual part number (per the public BarXT schematic on our product page) is CJ6206B33M.

I found this datasheet for that, but it’s unfortunately not obvious to me what input range it supports for a given output voltage variant. I’ve asked internally whether we’ve validated the full input range and will get back to you when there’s a response.

In the meantime I would recommend you submit our product problem form, since a product you have bought from us is not performing according to our advertised specifications.

Thanks for getting back to me, I put in a product issue report.

Thanks for the data sheet. The plot I included was from Torex Semiconductor, https://product.torexsemi.com/system/files/series/xc6206.pdf for a similar part, I assumed the JIANGSU CHANGJING ELECTRONICS TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD part is a copy.
