It’s likely not related to your issue with BlueOS recognizing the Navigator on your Pi, but Cockpit 1.0.0 is from August 15th of 2024, please update to the latest version!
BlueOS stable 1.4.1 is also available.

@deny I’m failing to find a log with mavlink-server in these logs. Is this the same vehicle having problems when you switched to mavlink-server?

Could you switch again to the mavlink-server, and then download the system logs from the vehicle, and send them to us again?


I’m suspecting your problem could be temperature-related – it peaked 78.39°C at 2025-05-15 09:07:15, although most of the time it was at around 62°C.

Do you know the date/time when you had those problems?
