hai everyone, i am trying to operate my ROV using an external power supply. but the problem is, the power supply module frequently restarts during the operation. i doubt on the back emf produced by the thrusters since the power supply has protection feature… i am using bluerobotics basic ESC. can anyone suggest a solution?

The information there should answer your question. You can make your own fork of the BlHeli_S firmware that has active braking disabled, try a capacitor bank/filter, or use a different ESC.
