Meticulously followed all the instructions for setup of everything. The boat has nothing attached to it besides the very basic configuration and 4 batteries. I bought it in last 30 days. Can move the props in the QGC vehicle setup, can see the xbox controller respond in QGC vehicle setup. Everything is talking. But in the Operators guide it says turn on base station, then boat, then QGC, Arm in manual and test the props. Nothing! Xbox controller is on. It Arms, but cannot test the props for response in manual. Therefore, it has not even touched the water yet. This seems trivial, but have read some threads that make is seem to be very complex programing. Double checked the whole entire set of direction for setup.
