I would really like to know about the precise value of the inrush current by t200 and its effect on the circuitry it is attached to.

We’ve never measured the instantaneous current draw peaks when driving a T200, but I can say that at 16v it will certainly be less than ~90A. Any spikes will be so short that yous shouldn’t have to worry about dealing with them.
