My current setup:

BlueROV2 with Navigator running BlueOS 4.1.2
10 m tether connected to TP-Link Nano router
Waterlinked DVL A50

I am using the short tether as a debugging tool for the BlueROV as I convert it to run autonomously with no tether.

When I start the vehicle up with the tether not connected, I can connect either over the hotspot or I can connect to the TP Link router as a WiFi connection. But my issue is that even though the DVL is on, the DVL extension cannot find the DVL. If I plug the tether in, the DVL is found after restarting the DVL extension. And if I start the vehicle with the tether connected then the DVL is found no problem

I can deal with this as of right now by starting the vehicle with the tether connected, but I would love to figure out how to fix this issue
