I ruined the slip ring on the tether spool. The connector got hit by something heavy, with the binder plug attached. It ripped everything apart. I managed to solder the cables back together, but still can’t get a connection. Looks like internal damage that I can’t fix. Can I buy a spare slip ring somewhere, or do I need to buy the entire spool new?

Hi @Zauberkugel,

You would be able to purchase replacement parts. Please send us an email to [sales@bluerobotics.com](mailto:sales@bluerobotics.com) and we can help you with that.
