Python script to run mavproxy

Hello
i am student working in a project with UAVS, so i am trying to load waypoints to my Pixhawck from an script which runs on my RPI,connections are fine bc i can upload fine the waypoint from command console

i can list the waypoints and its done correctly



but the problem starts when i run the module from the python 2.7.9 shell with run module (F5) which shows

why is it not working like before
