We use the blheli\_s firmware. It will arrive with firmware that you can use. We change the settings in the firmware to allow reverse rotation. You can do that with the blheli suite or blheli configurator software.

I use blhelisuite  
My programmer Arduino  
When done, it gives me an error  
Do you know where the problem is?

You have not selected the proper COM port. Select the COM port with your Arduino (it should be labelled as such in the drop down menu) and you should be able to communicate.
