# Connection problem cable(High latency)

Hi,

I had some connection problems with the ROV. So, I did a latency test on the cable and according to results upload is 20 mbps, download is 35-40 mbps. When I did research i saw that these two are generally the same and higher values. What are the reasons for me to have different and low values? Do I have a chance to fix it? Thank you
