# Communication lost

Hi everybody,
last week I setup my new gripper. Today, when I tried to start BR2 to test if everything is ok for the weekend I have no communication with the QGC. When I use a direct cable between my laptop and Raspberry pi everything is working fine. When I connect my laptop with Fathom X I lose the communication. I have checked that the cables of my tether are ok. Is there any way to check Fathom X? Is anything else may I try? Can somebody help?

The led “link” on surface board of Fathom X is off.

I have just found that I have no power to the board of Fathom X on the BR2 but I can’t understand why yet.

Problem found, the red cable of the Fathom X power was loose…
