Is it possible to put a GeoTiff in as the background map in Cockpit? The idea being that if I have a MBES or photogrammetry dataset of the location, I could see the ROV location against the MBES or PG map, as opposed to seeing a satellite view of the water surface.
Not yet but it’s one of the features in our plans for the next quarter.
@3dMB could you share a GeoTiff file (or group of files) that you would like to overlay? I’m doing some tests.

It’s working great, but adding the GeoTiff causes a severe drop in the map performance. I’m investigating alternative solutions to improve performance.
I have just sent over a link to a smaller version, at half the file size
Got it to work with both the larger and smaller version! It’s great now! Will open the PR this week.
@3dMB I’m happy to say that we just merged the GeoTiff support in the latest Beta. Please let us know if you have any suggestions around it!
