# Buying BlueROV2 without any electronics

Hi everyone,

I am interested in the BlueROV2, but without any electronics. I need some custom Electronics for a Project and I hope to cut some Costs there.

Welcome to the forums!

You may be able to save some money sourcing other ESCs, but they need to be reversible! The [BasicESC](https://bluerobotics.com/store/thrusters/speed-controllers/besc30-r3/) is not that expensive though…

An older Pi or using a Pixhawk clone is also possible, but it can be tough to source reliable hardware - that’s why the [Navigator](https://bluerobotics.com/store/comm-control-power/control/navigator/) was developed!

Blue Robotics does not offer the BlueROV2 without electronics….

Hi @ThePlatypus7 ,

Like Tony mention, we don’t have a ready-made kit that is a BlueROV2 without electronics, sorry to say. But I will mention that all the components that make up a BlueROV2 are sold individually, so you can pick and choose whichever parts you want and leave out the things you don’t.
