That tether bandwidth is typical for such a long tether! It would likely be more than 30 if you deactivated the video stream. You don’t typically need more than 10-15 for normal operation - are you having issues or do you require more bandwidth for additional payloads? Upgrading your tether interface electronics may help, as this thread details.
