After we glued the bottom side of raspberry pi in order to prevent the bottom components from separation (in case of a crash), we cannot get out the sd card. We have an sd card with raspian os currently in. **Is there any way to install BlueOS on the sd card using purely just the terminal on raspberry pi?**

Hi @rosss -
I’d be shocked if an SD card came out from a crash, but I guess if you’re working with an aerial drone at higher speeds this could be a risk?

It’s possible to upgrade BlueOS once installed, but if you don’t have it installed on the SD card it’s going to have to come out to be flashed…

What is currently installed on the SD card?

Give these [instructions](https://github.com/bluerobotics/BlueOS/tree/master/install) a try, to install on top of that OS.
