# About the camera of BlueOS system

I purchased a new set of Navigator Flight Controllers to assemble BlueROV.However, when I used the attached firmware, I found that there was no video screen. After I rewrote the latest BlueOS firmware, the video screen appeared, but I could not connect the video again after using it for several times. What might be the reason?The QGC versions used are 3.5.6,4.0.1,4.2.2 and 4.2.3.

Hi @sharf, welcome to the forum 🙂

Sorry to hear you’re having camera issues. A couple of questions:

1. Are you able to see the camera listed on the [Video page](https://docs.bluerobotics.com/ardusub-zola/software/onboard/BlueOS-1.0/advanced-usage/#video)?
  - If not there may be some issue with the camera, in which case I’d recommend you contact [support@bluerobotics.com](mailto:support@bluerobotics.com) to sort out a potential replacement / refund

2. If so, is it set up with a stream?
  - If not then you can try resetting the BlueOS video parameters as described in the documentation, or you can configure the stream manually

Thanks for your reply and I have solved it. This is because I didn’t set up the video stream properly.
