A tether spool would be great! (For managing the tether; ideally able to be used with a sole ROV pilot/operator for easier tether management). It looks like some have started on this: such as Tim’s recent post:

Hello BR, Has Blue Robotics given any thought to designing a low cost tethered Crawler Pipe Inspection camera system? I am sure you guys could build a quality system for far below the current market rate of $20,000+.
