Fathom S Board usb device not recognized

Hello,

I want to use serial input of topside board but when I plug the cable windows gives an error “Usb device not recognized”.I tried to install FTDI drivers but I get another error “The best driver software is already installed”.What should I do ?

How are you connecting the Fathom S to your computer?

I connect the topside board like this:

Is there something wrong?
