Battery Charging

Hello,

I have a BlueROV2 with the Blue Robotics Lithium battery and the blue robotics charger.

I can’t charge the battery.

  1. I get “BALANCE PORT
    CELL LOW VOL”
  2. I can’t activate the charger to charge the battery
  3. The error message in the manual states
    " The voltage of one of the cells in the battery pack is too low.
    Please check the cell voltages one by one"

Is there anything I can do to charge the battery. It is brand new !

You could try doing a standard charge without balancing to try and see if the voltage comes up on the cell.

This just happen to me last week, this is how I solved it.
Left the balance on and TRICK THE RECHARGE BY ENTERING NIHM INSTEAD OF LITHIUM 1.O UP TO 10 V
THAN SWITCH TO LITHIUM, STARTED THE CHARGE PROCESS
